Cancellation and Refunds by the Company
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the 100% billed amount would be refunded to that credit / debit card account in 7 working days

Policy for Candidates those who have enrolled for Classroom Training / Online Training
If you have enrolled for Classroom/Online training by the paying the amount in advance, after attending the 1st lecture if you would like to cancel the admission, you would get 100% refund in 7 working days, after starting the course and attending few lectures those who leave in between are not entitled for any partial or full refund
Every Course duration at Attari Classes is maximum 10 weeks, approx. 2.5 Months, Candidates enrolled for Classroom Training / Online Training must complete their course or missed lectures(if any) in any another batch maximum within Six months by dropping an email to [email protected], repeat of complete course is not allowed, only missed lectures can be attended in any other batch maximum within Six Months, after the expiry period of Six months, you need take the fresh admission and pay fees again to join any fresh batch
After making the payment for Instructor Led Online or Classroom Training, if a candidates cancels the admission after attending the 1st Lecture also known as DEMO lecture, he gets 100% refund in 7 working days

You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this Website. In the event you subscribe to our Video based Learning Management System (LMS), the demo lecture plus 1st lecture for every course is available for free without making any payment, so you watch both the lecture before purchasing the Video based course, its non refundable because demo lecture plus 1st lecture was already given for free, and after watching the two lectures when you were satisfied you had purchased the course
